The Rolls-Royce Museum Austria – The Rolls-Royce Museum at Dornbirn was opened on 28th May 1999. The worldwide, most important and impressive collection of Rolls-Royces is presented in an old spinning mill, which was built in 1862. Vintage Sports-Car Club – The Vintage Sports-Car Club was established in 1934 to promote the sport and pastime of motoring, principally for cars built before 1931. Historic Sports Car Club – The HSCC was formed in 1966 after putting on its very first race – for the Griffiths Formula – which was won by the D-Type Jaguar of Neil Corner. This event was organised by Guy Griffiths who had become frustrated by the lack of races for older sports cars and wanted to try and stop cars being exported to the USA, or modified inappropriately beyond their original specification.
